1. Marketplace scope

HolstersSwap trademark is a marketplace exclusively for holsters, magazine carriers, and weapon-mounted lights. Listing any other category is prohibited.

2. Firearms and regulated items

HolstersSwap trademark does not facilitate the sale of firearms, ammunition, suppressors, or any regulated component. Listings must comply with all federal, state, and local laws.

3. Accurate listings

Sellers must describe items honestly, disclose wear and damage, and use their own photos.

4. One item per listing

Each listing must represent one primary item for sale. Bundles, "pick one" or "your choice" offers, and lists of multiple items with separate prices are not permitted. Accessories that belong to the item — hardware, clips, screws, wedges, and original packaging — are always allowed. If you're selling multiple items, create a separate listing for each so pricing stays clear and search results stay accurate.

5. Conduct

No harassment, fraud, off-platform payment coercion, or attempts to circumvent the platform's rules. Violations may result in account removal.

6. Liability

Transactions occur directly between buyer and seller. HolstersSwap trademark is not a party to the sale and provides the service "as is".
